DIY Success!

Okay, I am totally in love with this DIY project I did! First off, I had some mishaps in the beginning but turned out amazing! My mom did help me with the ironing because 1. I don’t iron and 2. I didn’t trust myself to do it. 🙂

Friends of Heath and I finally had their baby boy and he is seriously adorable! I got to just hold him and rock him- yeah, I am so excited to have a baby again. 🙂 It’ll be different with a 3 year old, I’m sure, but I’ll still be excited to be in that stage again.

Could these have not turned out any cuter? I love them! Now, I can’t wait to see the little booger in these. ❤

DIY Projects!

So, as badly as I want to be able to just make money sitting on my butt all day..I just don’t see it happening that way. So, I’ve made a burlap banner which turned out really cute and now I just have to make 2 “happy birthday” ones for my sister for photo shoots. Here’s my “practice” one..

Pretty cute, right? I’ve found an easier way now to do it so I’m excited for when we back to Tennessee and I ‘find’ time to do the ‘happy birthday’ ones.. =) They’ll be different colors, one will be more girly and one more boy.

Then, when I was at my mom’s, I wanted to try to make these little boy bow ties. I had to have my mom’s help because I got a little confused BUT I think they turned out pretty dang cute too. I can’t wait to make more with a lot more cuter fabric. These we just got at wal mart.

I think my next project will be to make little girl hair bows. 🙂 I’m so excited. Let me know if you love or hate them. 😉
